Order your pet’s portrait in minutes
It’s very simple: choose the portrait model from the collections. Send the photo(s) of your animal, specifying the chosen portrait, the desired format and medium (see Prices) and your postal and telephone details required for delivery. A few days later, you will receive a portrait proposal to validate or modify, accompanied by a quote detailing the details of your order. After payment, you will quickly receive your package by post or carrier.
Make your choice
- Consult the collections and select the portrait model(s) that suit your desires, the temperament of your animal and your interior.
- Choose the format and support you want: 30x40cm canvas print, 60x80cm photographic print, 50x70cm puzzle… Information and prices are available on the Prices page.
- Select the most beautiful photos of your animal: The head and bust must be clearly visible and properly lit (preferably natural light). Your photos must be of sufficient size to create an optimal quality portrait. Don’t hesitate to send 2 or 3 photos. More tips at the bottom of this page.
- Send your order including your photos and contact details (address and telephone) via the contact form. At this stage, nothing to pay, neither deposit nor advance.
Receive my portrait proposal
- Upon receipt of your order, I begin creating the portrait.
- A moment of discussion (by email or telephone) is sometimes necessary to advise you, I favor dialogue to be certain that the portrait is successful and to your taste.
- You will receive my portrait proposal accompanied by my quote within approximately 10 days.
Validate the portrait proposal and pay for your purchase
- Upon receipt of my portrait proposal, you can have certain details corrected (colors, brightness, corrections to the head or costume, etc.).
- If everything is OK, pay for your purchase: by credit card via PAYPAL or by bank transfer.
- Once your payment is received, you will receive your invoice by email. The printing of the portrait (canvas, puzzle, print) is launched.
You are delivered
- The portrait is prepared and sent to the address of your choice by La Poste Colissimo or by carrier.
- A package tracking number is sent to you in order to track the delivery.
- You receive your package within 5 to 15 days.
What format to choose ?
- It all depends on the volume of the room, your taste and your budget :
- Favor small formats in smaller rooms (small entrance, hallway, hallway, etc.) and choose larger formats (50×70 cm or 60×80 cm for example) for living rooms (living room, dining room, bedroom, etc.) where you will have a little perspective to admire the work.
- If the portrait is hung above a cabinet, sofa or bed, large dimensions are also better suited because you cannot get up close to admire the work. A medium or large format will give a greater “presence” to the work.
- Also think about the frame that you will choose and whose dimensions must be taken into account in the general size.

How to take beautiful photos of your pet ?
The quality of your photos impacts the quality of the final portrait.
- Check the settings of your smartphone or digital camera by opting for the maximum resolution.
- Think about your position when taking the photo: your companion must be facing you, the camera at the same level as you (do not be standing and your animal sitting on the ground).
- Create your frames so that your animal’s head is clearly visible. The photo taken from not too close, not too far away and make sure that not a piece of her ear or her bust is missing!
- For light, choose outdoor photos with good natural light which will highlight the color of his coat.
- The decor in the photo does not matter as long as your companion’s head is whole and clearly visible (not blurry).
- Take several photos: front, sideways and 3/4. Depending on the portrait chosen, the position of the head will be different.
